Box Office Information

Tickets for Cultural District events may be purchased in person at the Box Office at Theater Square.  The Box Office accepts cash, checks with valid ID, money orders, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. The Box Office is located at 655 Penn Avenue, near 7th Street.

Tickets to Benedum Center and Byham Theater events may be purchased beginning two hours before the performance at their respective lobby Box Offices.

Tickets by Mail
To order tickets by mail, enclose a check or money order (please, no cash) made payable to The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust or include a valid credit card number with expiration date. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Please include your name, address, daytime phone number, name of performance and preferred performance date including include a second choice of performance date.
