A: Beverages and snacks are available in theaters prior to performances and at intermission. Refer to our venues page for information specific to the venue .
Q: Are Cultural District theaters accessible?
A: All venues have wheelchair accessible seating and restrooms. All multi-level venues have elevators. Patrons with special needs should notify the Box Office when purchasing tickets. Arrangements for hearing assistance devices may be made with the ushers when arriving at the theater.
Q: What should I do if I lose my tickets?
A: Refer to our Cultural District contact page to call customer service. We will arrange for duplicate tickets to be held at the Box Office for pick-up. In some instances there may be a reprint fee; your customer service representative will have details.

Q: What is your policy on children?
A: To help you make an informed decision on whether your show is appropriate for your child, we encourage you to seek additional information on each show you consider attending. Policies may vary per presenter. All children attending a performance must have a ticket. Tickets may not be purchased for children under the age of 3 years and such children will not be admitted unless the show is designated for younger audiences. Any ticket for a child must be for a seat next to the seat occupied by the adult accompanying the child. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Children disturbing the enjoyment of other theater patrons may be removed from the venue at the discretion of the theater’s management. No refund will be given.
