The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra (PSO) regrets to announce that it has decided to cancel the recital by Pinchas Zukerman and Angela Cheng due to slow ticket sales.

Violin master Pinchas Zukerman makes a long-awaited return to Heinz Hall for an intimate violin performance. It is no exaggeration that Zukerman’s consummate showmanship sweeps the audience to its feet as he is recognized as a “major violinistic discovery of this generation.” The program includes Mozart’s Sonata in G Major, K. 301, Beethoven’s Sonata No. 5, “Spring” and Brahms’ Sonatensatz and Sonata in D minor.
