Internal Reflections is a selection of paintings by the late Edinboro University Professor and artist Steve Emmett that represent his motif of the solitary male figure. Utilizing an expressionist style, Emmett's masterful paintingsreveal the "strain of painting" while never representing a specific narrative or describing a particular event. While coming from a complicated imagination and emotional state, these works act as mirrors to humanity, exposing us to a wide range of our own personal experience.
