A Pittsburgh Cultural District-wide gift card can be used to purchase tickets for Pittsburgh Cultural Trust events as well as any event taking place in the Cultural District. With so many exciting shows, concerts, and exhibitions, there is truly something for everyone!

Thank you for being a season ticket holder! We are thrilled to have you as a part of our PNC Broadway in Pittsburgh family. On this page you will find information about your benefits, special periods of access and exchanges, dining discounts, special events for season ticket holders and more.
Your TrustArts.org account is your mission control. Simply login to your qualified Broadway subscription account and click on your name at the top of the page. Through your online account you have access to your profile, purchase history, online subscription ticket exchanges, and any available account benefits though the My Benefitsportal.
Season Subscription Renewal Seat Changes
Starting the week of May 5, 2025, renewing subscribers will be invited by email to make changes to your season subscription seats and/or performance day and time. We will send you an email with your access link when your window to make changes begins.
A few helpful tips:

Go online. Hold times will be longer than usual on the phone, and our Guest Services team have access to the same seats.
You may only modify your seats once.
With limited seating options, the best availability is usually on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday evenings.
This window is for changes to your entire subscription.

Exchanges
The 2025-2026 season ticket exchange window will open on June 18, 2025. You may continue to make exchanges for all season shows until 72 hours before your scheduled performance time. We may not have availability for all requests. Please make exchanges as early as possible. To exchange, LOGIN to your account and click Exchange/Donate Tickets or call Guest Services at 412-456-1390 for assistance.
We will offer you the best available seating when you request the exchange. Availability might offer seats that are comparable, closer, or farther away. Changes can also be made for specific shows into different price levels. When exchanging from a lower to a higher priced ticket, we will collect the difference in price. Refunds cannot be given for the difference when exchanging tickets from a higher- to a lower-priced performance.
Swap-A-Show
The 2025-2026 season swap-a-show window will open on June 18, 2025. You may swap your tickets out of one 2025-2026 show into another series show or season option. This is a once-per-season swapping opportunity, and the earlier you make the change the more likely you are to swap into comparable seating. All swaps must be completed by Tuesday, September 2, 2025. To set up a swap, call Guest Services at 412-456-1390. Swaps are not able to be processed online.
Priority Access to Season Options and Additional Show Tickets
Season ticket holders can buy additional seats at the best prices before the general public for both season shows and for special presentations.
Starting on June 18, 2025*, season ticket holders have priority access to order additional tickets to the 2025-2026 series shows as well as season options.
To purchase, simply LOGIN to your account and click My Benefits on the left side of the page. Purchases can also be made by calling Guest Services at 412-456-1390. Additional show TICKET LIMIT: is 9 per customer.

Auto-Renew
All 2025-2026 subscribers will be automatically renewed into the next season and beyond RISK FREE. Your subscription remains secure year after year, using your most current payment method and ticket preferences.
